Failure to use any element of the package does not reduce its value.
The person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the reservation and the contract to a third party without the prior consent of the hotel.
The room is equipped with bath towels for 1 person, i.e. a large towel, a small towel, a foot towel (excluding children up to 3 years old - who stay in the facility for free). Additional towels are available for a fee - they can be rented at the reception.
Bed linen can be changed no more often than every 3 days upon request of the Guest reported at the reception desk.

Accepted payment cards

Cancellation policy

A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to confirm the reservation and can be paid through the online system or by credit card. The deposit must be paid no later than 3 days after the booking date. The deposit is non-refundable. If payment is not received, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Children’s stay policy

Children under the age of 3 who sleep with their parents stay free of charge.
Please bring a document confirming the child’s age, as reception may verify it during check-in.
Age categories are determined as follows:
a child who has turned 3 is classified as a 4-year-old;
a child who has turned 5 is classified as a 6-year-old;
a child who has turned 11 is classified as a 12-year-old.
Children aged 12 and above are charged at the full adult rate.
