The project involves the launch of a new catering service by Bachledówka SA. The project involves preparing and delivering food for external customers, including delicatessen products, preserves, desserts, and confectionery, made using local ingredients and traditional methods. The target group will be individual customers, as well as companies and institutions ordering catering for meetings, celebrations, corporate events, and other events.
The total value of the project is PLN 779 463.30 with European Union funding totaling PLN 396 268.01.
The project included the purchase of catering equipment, a photovoltaic installation, the implementation of an online store, and staff training in confectionery. The result will be a new catering service, better utilization of hotel resources, a broader range of services for customers, increased revenue, and more stable company operations.
