Hotel Regulations

1. A hotel room is rented on a daily basis. The check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day. If a guest does not specify a length of stay when booking, the room is assumed to be rented for one night. Guests who wish to extend their stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should notify the reception desk by 10:00 a.m. on the day of check-out. Reception staff will accommodate requests for extensions subject to availability.
2. Payment for your stay is collected in advance upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel does not accept bank transfers after the service has been provided.
3. Failure to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. on the check-out date, without notifying the reception desk, will be considered an extension of the stay by another day. The fee for the additional stay will be charged based on the rates in effect on the day of the extension. If a guest cancels their stay during the day, the fee for that day’s stay will not be refunded.
4. The basis for checking in a Guest is the presentation of an ID card or passport.
5. The guest cannot transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which he or she paid the fee for the stay has not expired.
6. Guests who are not registered at Hotel & Spa Bachledówka may stay in their room from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Any guest who is not registered in the room after 10:00 p.m. is deemed to have given consent by the room owner to the guest’s room for a fee, at the full rates applicable on the day of the check-in.
7. Reception staff may refuse to accommodate an additional person in a room that already has the maximum number of people.
8. The hotel is not responsible for incorrect selection of room type and standard, arrival or departure date or incorrect completion of the data form by the Guest.
9. The hotel reception serves as a guardian, advisor, and source of information for our guests. Reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. A security guard ensures the safety of guests from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Upon guest request, the reception provides the following free services: information related to the stay and leisure, wake-up calls at designated times, safekeeping of money and valuables, and luggage storage. The hotel may refuse to store luggage outside the guest’s stay, or items that are not personal luggage.
10. Whenever you leave your room, please close the windows and take your key with you. A fee of 100 PLN gross applies for losing a key.
11. Hotel & Spa Bachledówka is liable for the loss of or damage to items brought in by guests using its services, to the extent specified in the Civil Code. Guests should notify the Reception Desk of any damage immediately upon discovery. Hotel & Spa Bachledówka’s liability for loss of or damage to property, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited if these items are not deposited at the Reception Desk for safekeeping.
12. The hotel welcomes guests traveling with pets. One pet is allowed per room for an additional fee, and the guest is solely responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Pets must be kept on a leash in public areas. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant.
13. Hotel & Spa Bachledówka is not responsible for the destruction or theft of a vehicle left by a Guest in the parking lot.
14. A quiet nighttime curfew is in effect throughout the entire Hotel & Spa Bachledówka facility from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the following day. The behavior of guests and those using the hotel’s services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests staying at the facility.
15. For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use heaters, electric kettles, or other similar devices not included in the hotel room. This does not apply to computer chargers and power supplies.
16. Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage or destruction to the Hotel & Spa Bachledówka’s equipment and technical devices, whether caused by their fault or the fault of their visitors. Guests are obligated to notify the reception desk of any damage immediately upon discovery.
17. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas, except designated areas. Violation of this ban may result in immediate denial of service and an additional fee of 1,000 PLN to cover the cost of laundry and room refreshment.
18. The fee for activating a fire detector in a hotel room is 500 PLN, and in the case of an unjustified call to the Fire Department, a flat fee of 5,000 PLN is charged each time.
19.  Personal belongings left in a hotel room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address provided by the Guest. If such instructions are not received, the Hotel will store these items for one month. After this period, they will be forfeited to the Hotel.
20. Each Guest consents to the processing of their personal data for check-in purposes and to the inclusion of their data in the hotel database in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of October 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133 of 1997, item 883, as amended). Guests have the right to access and correct their personal data. Any disputes between a Guest and the Hotel will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Hotel & Spa Bachledówka.
21. The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the Regulations by causing damage to the property of the hotel or Guests or to other persons, or who otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of Guests or the operation of the hotel.
