To make a reservation, a payment of 30% of the booking value is required, payable via the online system or by means of a credit card. Payment of the deposit must be made no later than 3 days from the date of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. In the absence of payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Child residence policy:

Children up to 3 years of age – staying with parents for free stay.
Please bring with you a document confirming the child’s age, the reception may verify its age upon check-in.
Children’s age qualification is carried out according to the following scheme:
A child who has reached the age of 3 is considered a 4-year-old;
A child over 5 years of age is considered to be a 6-year-old;
A child over 11 years of age is considered to be 12 years old.
Children from the age of 12 are qualified as full-paid.
