Regional products

The tradition of Podhale obliges, which is why, inspired by the local specialties, we have created an offer of regional products. You will find there, among others cheeses and oscypek traditionally made from sheep’s milk. It is also worth trying the local honeys, which owes their unique taste and properties to the richness of the surrounding meadows. All the recipes from which regional products are prepared were used by our ancestors. Inspired by their work, we want to develop local heritage and instill in young generations a part of the culinary tradition.

Well-chosen wine can both make the evening pleasant and emphasize the taste of the right dishes. Our wine list, prepared in cooperation with an experienced sommelier, includes high-quality white, pink, red and sparkling wines. The places where our wines come from are not accidental. Their bouquet is reminiscent of the atmosphere of foothill meadows and light fruity notes complete the aroma of the wine essence. Naturally, you don’t have to be pioneers of vinyl studies.
