Choose the right sauna

Discover the character of each of the three saunas and choose the form of relaxation that best suits your preferences.

01

A classic dry sauna where a higher temperature is combined with low humidity. It is especially suitable for peaceful relaxation after outdoor activities.

  • dry and intense heat
  • classic sauna experience
  • sessions alternated with rest
02

Steam sauna

Gentler heat combined with high humidity creates a distinctive steam-filled atmosphere and encourages calm relaxation.

  • high air humidity
  • gentler heat
  • peaceful atmosphere for relaxation
03

Infrared sauna

A sauna that uses infrared radiation to warm the body. It is an alternative option for guests who prefer a different type of heat from a Finnish sauna.

  • infrared heat
  • a different type of session
  • a comfortable way to relax

Warmth after a day in the mountains

A sauna session is a great addition to relaxation after hiking, skiing, training or exploring the Podhale region. Combine it with quiet rest, proper hydration and a visit to the pool or hot tub to create your own recovery ritual.

How to plan your visit

You do not need to spend your entire visit in one sauna. Shorter, relaxed sessions separated by rest and hydration provide the greatest comfort.

1

Preparation

Take a shower, dry your body thoroughly and prepare a towel for use in the sauna.

2

A relaxed session

Choose a sauna and stay for as long as you feel comfortable. Do not exceed your own limits.

3

Cooling down and rest

After leaving the sauna, cool your body gradually, rest and allow it to return to a comfortable temperature.

4

Hydration

Rehydrate and decide whether you would like another session or prefer to finish your visit with rest.

Rules for comfortable and safe use

Stay hydrated

Drink water before your visit and after using the sauna.

Use a towel

In a dry sauna, sit or lie down so that your whole body rests on the towel.

Do not combine sauna use with alcohol

Do not use the area after consuming alcohol or other substances that may affect how you feel.

Consider your health

If you are ill, pregnant, have circulatory problems or other concerns, consult a doctor before using the sauna.
